  1. Really gud web i myself play tabla . BUT u have one mistake in the pictures

  2. The mistake u made is that on your website you have only shown one “KE”

But there is actually 3 types of “KE”
    1. which you have shown
    2. when you strike 1 finger down on the Bayan
    3. when you strike 3 fingers down on to the Bayan

I hope you can put some pictures up to show these aswell as i think it is good to show more notes on the tabla .

  3. What I noticed in Pictures:
    1) TE/TE ARE NOT PLAYED IN CENTER OF SYAHI
    2) ‘TI’ WITH THE RING FINGER.MAY BE ANOTHER NAMES FOR same position is ne/da.
    3) ‘tun’ played with raised ring finger. That is correct but the position could be close to where ring finger rests.

  4. I was wondering where did you buy your Tabla. It is really a nice one. Can you buy it in/from USA?

  5. Great pictorial expressions!!!

  6. Thank you for this post. Funny how the universe gives you what you need.

  7. you are amazing, thank you so much for this. do you have any instructional videos??
