Rotate and Zoom

Here the Max patch is taking the audio signal and the amplitude is deciding how much the image must rotate. The same data is also been used to control the zoom on the image. So a big sound makes the image rotate more and the image is larger. A smaller sound rotates the image less and the zoom will be less so the images are smaller.

The image rotates when it gets a signal, but it isn’t at regular intervals. I feel the images need to move with the overall tempo of the music. The amplitude signal could be used to decided how much it moves or what zoom to use.

I want to find a way of getting a signal as each beat is made on the drums, quiet or loud.
